We rely on mob grazing principles to manage our cattle and pastures.  Cattle are kept in one or two groups depending on the time of year and are generally moved every day.  All stock are outwintered using a mix of deferred grazing and bale grazing.   We aim to improve our pastures and improve diversity in our swards using a combination of grazing management and overseeding with diverse herbal ley mixes.  We reinstate and restore traditional hedges and banks where possible in order to facilitate grazing management, provide livestock shelter and improve biodiversity.
