Who we are

Brunskill Beef

Our pasture-fed herd of Traditional Hereford cattle are raised on our herb rich natural grasses, they graze all year on the farm and in the winter months they enjoy home produced hay. Brunskill Beef is hung for 28 days, butchered and then sold from the farm house.

Meat traditional breeds is something very special. Raised at a natural pace on our small farm in non-intensive conditions, ensures our meat remains all the old-fashioned virtues of succulence, tenderness and full of flavour. Through the Pasture for Life certification mark our meat is 100% traceable.

Our small flock of Welsh Badger Faced Mountain sheep were introduced to Farncombe Farm in 2014, and were purchased to graze the steep downland and wild flower meadows.
