Who we are

Wild by Nature

At Wild by Nature we farm primarily for flavour, selecting traditional breeds that are best suited to our environment and giving them the time to mature and develop naturally.

We manage our livestock in a way that increases biodiversity and allows for natural regeneration of soil.

Our aim is to control as much of the process from farm to plate as possible and we are extremely fortunate to have our on-farm butchery where we can dry age our meat and produce our range of home cured charcuterie. This nose to tail approach means that no part of the animal is wasted.

Our ethos

We take a holistic approach to food and farming; the health of our soils, watercourses, and wildlife have as much big a part to play in the health of our animals as we do. We strive to manage our land as much for nature as for food production, knowing the result will be nutrient-dense food that tastes incredible.
