Jim Beary

Jim is from an intensive farming background and was educated at Harper Adams University. After graduating in 2004, he spent time in New Zealand learning about rotational grazing and pasture management. 

On returning to the UK, he has managed several farms, many of which at scale, and has integrated pasture management and infrastructure improvement with environmental stewardship and sustainability. This has delivered significant positive change to several farm businesses and landscapes, gaining Jim recognition from several industry/conservation awards. Further to this, he has used the process of change to add value to produce, which has enabled him to supply some of the most prestigious outlets in the country with his sustainably produced produce. This includes lamb, beef, pork, poultry and eggs.
