Emma is the director of Nonington Farms; a LEAF Demonstration Farm since 2020 and winner of multiple awards for environmental, regenerative and educational work.

Passionate about engaging with the public about all aspects of farming and food production, Emma has spent many years using the farm as an outdoor classroom, facilitating the sharing of knowledge around regenerative forms of agriculture. This includes farmers, industry professionals as well as children and young people in full time education from primary to quaternary.
Emma is able to apply practical farming solutions to farming businesses, for example using her own experience in integrating livestock through arable systems, grazing and growing cover crops and herbal leys. She regularly speaks in public about food and farming.
